YOUR RECENT ROLE
The Release Train Engineer is accountable for delivery predictability, release governance,



platform reliability, and operational excellence across the portfolio
Lead PI Planning, forecasting, capacity planning, dependency management, and release governance.
Drive Epic, Feature, Story, and Rally/Jira governance, backlog health, flow metrics, and delivery reporting.
Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business teams.
Manage program risks, impediments, production readiness, and release execution.
Drive SRE practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability, Capacity, and DR management.
Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, Error Budgets, and service health metrics.
Lead operational reviews, major incident management, RCA tracking, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Promote DevOps, observability, automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence practices.
