1. Execute daily shift activities and allocate work effectively to technicians
and electrical staff.
2. Monitor and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance activities
for electrical panels, motors, drives, and utilities.
3. Attend to electrical breakdowns during shifts and restore equipment with
minimum downtime.
4. Perform corrective maintenance of production line equipment to ensure
smooth manufacturing operations.
5. Maintain departmental shift logbooks, maintenance records, and equipment
history accurately.
6. Monitor electrical health of production lines and recommend improvement
actions.
7. Carry out troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines, VFDs, motors,
sensors, and production line instrumentation.
8. Ensure protected operation and maintenance of DG sets, LT panels, MCCs,
transformers, and power distribution systems.
9. Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning to improve equipment
reliability.
10. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and
statutory requirements.
11. Coordinate with Production, Utility, Quality,



and Maintenance teams for
planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
12. Assist in the implementation of energy-saving and continuous improvement
initiatives.
13. Ensure the availability of critical electrical spare parts during shifts.
14. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective
and preventive actions (CAPA).
15. Follow GMP, Food Safety, EHS, and company engineering standards.
