Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Manager to oversee the organization's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and related financial operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, income tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliances, along with proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Management

Manage and oversee the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
Monitor cash flow,



fund requirements, and working capital.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review and reconcile ledger accounts, bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial information and reporting requirements.
Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including review and filing of GST returns, reconciliations, and resolution of GST-related issues.
Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS/TCS and related returns.
Manage income tax-related compliances, assessments, notices, and coordination with tax consultants.
Ensure compliance with applicable direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.
Handle tax audits and support statutory auditors with the required information and documentation.
