Team

Commercial & Solutions Analytics Practice, working closely with Partners, Practice Directors, Senior Analysts, Analysts, Sales teams, and senior stakeholders across the organization. The role includes leadership and mentorship responsibilities for consulting and research teams.

About the Role

The Vice President is a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for advising C-level executives on strategic decisions related to global services, location strategy, governance structures, workforce strategy,



outsourcing and offshoring models, and cost optimization. The individual will drive practice growth, lead complex advisory engagements, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to Everest Group's thought leadership and market presence.

What We're Looking For

10-14 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business research, or a related qualified services environment.
Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution with MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 business school
Strong experience in outsourcing, offshoring, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and global services strategy.
Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and influence executive stakeholders.
Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
