Job Summary

Manage and support enterprise Unix/Linux and RHEL 8/9 environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms. Administer and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift environments, including installation, upgrades, operations, and support. Support Linux and OpenShift infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Automate system provisioning, configuration, patching, and operational tasks using Ansible, Shell, and Python. Administer Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform, LDAP, and Linux systems. Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, capacity planning, log analysis, and performance optimization. Implement system hardening, security controls, and compliance requirements including SOX and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, configuration, incident, and problem-management issues. Drive automation, standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement across compute and container platforms. Collaborate with global IT, Security, Architecture, Engineering, and business teams while mentoring junior engineers and supporting IT projects.
