Job Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead corporate interior projects across Gujarat. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution capabilities who can manage end-to-end project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution The Project Manager will oversee all phases of corporate interior projects from initiation through closeout. You will develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines and milestones, coordinate design development with architects and consultants, and ensure alignment with client objectives and brand standards. Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters while anticipating and mitigating risks will be central to your role.
- Stakeholder Management Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including client representatives, design consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal JLL teams. You will conduct regular progress meetings, provide transparent communication on project status, and manage expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial & Contract Management You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts, monitoring project expenditures and cash flows, reviewing and approving contractor invoices and change orders, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets. Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions will be essential aspects of this role.




- Quality & Compliance Ensuring that all work meets JLL quality standards and client specifications is paramount. You will conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements, coordinate testing and commissioning activities, and manage the punch list and defect rectification process.
- Team Leadership You will lead project teams including consultants, contractors, and JLL staff members. Building collaborative working relationships, providing clear direction and guidance, monitoring team performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability will be key leadership responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

- Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management is required. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in project management with specific focus on corporate interiors, office fit-outs, or commercial projects is essential. Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously in the Gujarat region is highly preferred.
- Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of interior construction methodologies, materials, and finishes is required. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software,



along with advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is expected. Thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to commercial interiors is necessary. Familiarity with MEP systems coordination and integration within interior spaces is valued.
- Professional Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Hindi (Gujarati is advantageous) are required. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, are essential. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting is necessary. Client-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence is fundamental to success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Preferred qualifications PMP or equivalent project management certification demonstrates professional commitment. Experience working with multinational corporations or large-scale corporate clients is valuable. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED/IGBC certification processes is beneficial. Exposure to design-build or integrated project delivery methods is advantageous.

Location

Gujarat (Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar preferred, with willingness to travel across Gujarat as needed). On-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
