- 3 to 7 years of experience as 3D CFD Analyst using ANSYS FLUENT software in ICE and EV domains
- Expertise in performing Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) Analysis of different automotive systems - Battery, Motor, Radiator, Powertrain, Underhood aerothermal, Cabin HVAC, Heat exchanger
- Hands on experience in cooling system CFD analysis of powertrain components - Radiator, Battery, Motor, Engine, Inverter, Converter
- Cooling system optimization for EV motors, inverters, and batteries
- Conducting aero simulations at full vehicle underhood system, incorporating high-performance design elements such as diffusers, splitters, wings, and underbody treatments
- Expert in Geometry cleanup, Meshing, Setting up large simulation models, post processing, result interpretation and report preparation
- Fundamental knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics
- M.Tech./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering
- Very valuable in automotive domain knowledge
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
