Job Description
We are looking for Relationship Officers / Team Leaders to drive sales and customer acquisition for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Personal Loan and Business Loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, market activities, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan closures.
- Identify potential customers across urban and rural markets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify required customer documents and KYC details.
- Complete loan applications and submit customer files to the bank/operations team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, sales activities, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in Sales / Banking / BFSI / Loan Sales is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong lead generation and sales conversion ability.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Field sales role – Male candidates preferred.
- Age: 18–35 years.
