Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a robust background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning who has successfully transitioned into Generative AI and Agentic AI solution development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building complex AI applications, autonomous agent workflows, and production-grade AI systems leveraging Python, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Build intelligent AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- Develop and optimize RAG-based architectures and AI orchestration pipelines.
- Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, harness engineering, and loop engineering techniques.
- Train, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.




- Build rapid AI prototypes using Streamlit or Gradio.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams in Agile environments.
- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management and deployment automation.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience in Prompt Engineering and AI Workflow Design.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with NLP and LLM-based applications.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Experience with Streamlit or Gradio.
