Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- At least 4-7 years of IT experience; must have Microsoft Power Platform New Service Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core - min 2 yrs.
- Hands-on experience with C# - min 2 yrs.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions - 3 yrs.
- Experience with Co-pilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder.
- Good hands-on experience with SQL.
- Positive hands-on experience with Dataverse / Dynamics CRM / CDS - data modelling & design.
- Good hands-on experience with Canvas Apps Development.




- Good hands-on experience with Power Automate Development.

Mandatory skill sets
