Job Summary

Responsible for achieving secondary sales targets across key accounts, driving penetration of the core and priority portfolio, developing recent applications/business, and acquiring new profitable accounts across targeted industrial segments.

Territory: Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Tuticorin & Kerala

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager - South

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets across assigned key accounts and territory.
- Acquire and develop new accounts in Metal Fabrication, Auto Components, Casting & Forging, and Aerospace.
- Drive product demonstrations, application development, replication, and market share growth.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and senior stakeholders within key accounts.
- Execute technical, marketing, sales promotion, and product demonstration activities.
- Maintain regular customer engagement and achieve defined call-rate targets through Salesforce CRM.
- Drive sales of new products and core portfolio products.
- Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and ensure effective opportunity management through Salesforce.




- Demonstrate product value propositions using sales-aid tools.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, Channel Team, Application Engineering, and Marketing teams to achieve territory objectives.
- Conduct periodic joint reviews with channel partners and DSRs to ensure alignment, sales growth, and service levels.

Qualification

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Metallurgy or related discipline) preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales, key account management, or technical sales.
- Experience in abrasives, welding, cutting tools, industrial lubricants, paints, power tools, or related industrial products will be preferred.
