- Assistant Manager experience with strong expertise in Learning & Development, Behavioral and Soft Skills training.
- Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in training content development and review.
- Awareness of AI tools, Canva, and/or any content development tools.
- LMS handling, ADDIE model and e-learning modules is mandatory.
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI).
- Knowledge of training effectiveness measurement and L&D; metrics.
- Robust reporting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of L&D; processes, SOPs and governance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of latest trends & technologies in L&D.;
