We are hiring a Senior Vice President Business Development to lead the Engineering Business for our MNC client, driving new customer/project acquisition, strategic accounts, revenue growth and profitability across the Automotive Engineering & Manufacturing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Business Development and growth for the Engineering Business.
- Drive new customer and project acquisition across Automotive Engineering/Manufacturing.
- Build relationships with Automotive OEMs,



System Integrators and Engineering/Design Houses.
- Drive strategic accounts, revenue growth, commercial negotiations and profitability.
- Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team.

Key Requirements

- 18+ years of experience in senior Business Development / Sales / Business Leadership.
- Strong experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering / Engineering Services.
- Proven track record in current business and project acquisition.
- Strong exposure to Automation, Robotics, Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
- Strong relationships with Automotive OEMs, System Integrators or Engineering/Design Houses.
- Strong commercial orientation with experience in revenue growth, strategic accounts and team/business leadership.
