Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive - Freshers to join our Chartered Accountant firm in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about accounting, taxation, and finance and are eager to build a successful career in the accounting profession.

As an Accounts Executive, you will receive practical exposure to bookkeeping, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, ROC compliance, financial reporting, and statutory audits while working with clients from various industries under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Record accounting entries, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Support bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Help in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
- Support TDS calculations, return filing, and compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing Income Tax Returns.
- Learn and support ROC/MCA compliance activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax).
- Maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting documents and information.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and compliance assignments.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
- Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Understanding of GST and Income Tax concepts.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or any accounting software.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and qualified work ethic.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

Certifications

- Tally Prime Certification
