Role & responsibilities

- Build workflows, business rules, and platform integrations using ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer
- Automate repeatable second-line IT support activities using ServiceNow, PowerShell, Power Platform, and APIs
- Design proper logging, exception handling, and monitoring for all automated solutions
- Test automations, resolve errors, and ensure production stability
- Document technical solutions and support smooth handover to BAU support teams
- Collaborate with service operations and production support stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

ServiceNow Automation Engineer

Experience Level

- 45 years of total, relevant hands-on experience
- Prior exposure specifically within the Banking domain is strongly preferred

Must-Have Technical Background

- Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development not just admin-level exposure, actual development work
- Robust ServiceNow platform architecture understanding
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer




- Practical experience building workflow automations, not just configuring out-of-the-box features
