Shift: Rotational Shifts for males and day rotational for females
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off
Eligibility Criteria
- Any UG graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, email, or chat as required.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers
