- Lead Engagement & Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents using lead data provided by the Branch Head, with the goal of generating interest and securing participation.
- Event Promotion:
Promote upcoming events such as seminars, scholarship tests, and one-on-one counselling sessions through persuasive and informative communication.
- Database Management:
Maintain accurate call logs, update lead status, and ensure all follow-up actions are recorded and tracked appropriately.
- Conversion Support:
Assist the counselling and admissions team by creating awareness and interest that supports lead conversion objectives.
- Task Execution:
Perform additional tele calling and outreach tasks as assigned by the Branch Head to support branch-level enrollment goals.
