- Role: Finance Executive / FP&A; Analyst - Resource Mapping, HC Governance & Profitability Support
- Location: Navi Mumbai - Turbhe or as per company policy | Experience: 2-4 Years
- Compensation: As per company policy and candidate fitment | Reporting To: FP&A; Manager / Senior FP&A; Lead

Role Purpose

To support FP&A; in client-to-resource mapping, profitability analysis, headcount governance, hiring tracking, workforce data integrity, and migration of Excel-based reporting to Darwinbox for improved accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform client-to-resource mapping to ensure accurate revenue allocation, cost allocation, utilization tracking, and margin reporting.
- Analyze utilization, billing, hiring, and margin trends; highlight key insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support customer-wise profitability analysis by validating resource, revenue, cost, utilization, and margin inputs.
- Review and validate HC hiring requests against approved budget, business requirements, and workforce plans.
- Track hiring status across LOBs, including approved, hired, pending, and open positions; maintain updated HC dashboards.
- Prepare HC, hiring, and workforce movement reports with crisp comments on trends, fulfillment, and exceptions.
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, business, operations, and finance teams to align workforce planning with budgeted HC.




- Maintain data integrity across employee, client, LOB, cost code, billability, FTE, and headcount mapping fields.
- Drive process improvement by moving Excel-based trackers and reporting processes to Darwinbox for better automation and control.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong Excel, MIS, reconciliation, dashboarding, pivot table, lookup, and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of HC planning, utilization, billing, revenue, cost allocation, and margin concepts.
- Ability to work with large employee-level and client-level datasets with high accuracy.
- Robust follow-up, stakeholder coordination, written communication, and exception reporting skills.
- High attention to detail, documentation discipline, and audit-ready working file management.
- Exposure to Darwinbox, Power BI, HRIS, ERP, Salesforce, Xero, or similar systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

- B.Com, BAF, BMS, BBA, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent commerce / finance qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A;, MIS, finance operations, workforce planning, HC reporting, utilization reporting, or analytics.
- Prior exposure to client-resource mapping, profitability analysis, hiring dashboards, or HR / finance data reconciliation preferred.
- Comfortable with monthly reporting cut-offs, recurring reconciliations, cross-functional follow-ups, and system-driven process improvements.
