- Program and operate 3-Axis and 5-Axis CNC machines using Mastercam, Alphacam, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications from customers, architects, and designers.
- Collaborate closely with sales personnel, templates, and other programmers to ensure project accuracy.
- Manage personal workflow and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Identify programming or production issues and propose effective solutions.
- Utilize job management software to track and manage assigned work.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all programming tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam, Alphacam, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interpreting specification sheets from architects and designers.
