We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Operations skilled to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import & export shipments by Sea, Air & Road.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA/customs brokers, CFS, transporters & overseas agents.
- Manage shipment booking, documentation, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and related documents.
- Track shipments and provide timely ETA/ETD & delivery updates.
- Coordinate customs clearance, port/CFS operations, transportation and final delivery.
- Monitor and control demurrage, detention, storage & other operational charges.
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
- Maintain shipment records and coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Documentation teams.
