TCG Digital is looking for Project Lead candidate for Kolkata Location

Skills Required

- Requires 6-10 years of delivery management experience in consulting or technology services with demonstrated technical

quality ownership across:

- 10+ different projects under
- 5+ different clients with
- 2+ different industry domains and
- 3+ different technology stacks
- application development and analytics/ data projects
- Must have delivered end-to-end projects as developer and/or technical lead with proficiency in multiple application development and data analysis stacks
- Expertise in effort estimation, tracking and full sprint cycle independence
- Accountable for technical team's delivery quality (code reviews, architecture, NFR validation), CMMI Level 3 compliance, and active risk register management (10+ items)
- Expertise in software engineering (SDLC methodologies)
- Expertise in project governance (project planning, monitoring & reporting, managing risk, resource)




- Experience in reporting status of technical delivery to stakeholders including customer stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle of concurrent consulting engagementsproject/sprint management, quality, governance, effort cost, delivery process compliance, delivery metrics tracking and reporting.
- Manage resource allocation, project governance, milestone reviews, and change control across concurrent engagements.
- Monitor, identify and resolve technical risks and quality gaps before UAT or production impact.

Other Information

Good-to-have:

- Experience in client communication to elaborate or explain design considerations, defend timeline and effort
- Oil & Gas, polymers/chemicals, PMP/PRINCE2/Protected certification, understanding of AI/ Data Science, Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead experience.
