Job Description:
- Product Promotion: Present and promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Prescription Generation: Ensure consistent prescription flow through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Territory Management: Plan daily field visits,
cover assigned routes, and maintain doctor/pharmacy lists.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term professional relationships with doctors and medical staff.
- Sales Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Submit daily call reports, doctor coverage reports, and market feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, recent product launches, and market trends.
- Event Participation: Organize CMEs, medical camps, and promotional activities when required.
