We are looking for an experienced State Collection Manager to lead end-to-end collection operations across the assigned state, drive recovery targets, manage large portfolios, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage Soft, Hard, Field & Legal collections across the state.
- Develop collection strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly recovery targets.
- Monitor collection efficiency, delinquency, roll rates, and portfolio performance.
- Lead and manage Area Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
- Manage collection agencies, field partners, SLAs, payouts, and performance.
- Handle escalations, high-risk accounts, field visits, repossession/RCU, and legal recovery.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and provide performance insights.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Data, and Operations teams.




- Ensure compliance, SOP adherence, productivity, and audit readiness.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of collections experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending experience in personal Loans is mandatory.
- Must know local language (Bengali)
- Robust experience in high-volume portfolio and field collections management.
- Excellent people, agency/vendor, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
- Strong knowledge of collection MIS, analytics, and performance tracking.
