We are looking for a Junior System Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join the IT Department at Lubi Electronics. The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing basic network and system administration activities, and supporting CCTV and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have positive technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective support to end users.

Eligibility Education Criteria

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, IT, BCA , or a related field.
- Additional Certifications (Optional but Valuable): CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft OS / Server Certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to users and handle day-to-day support calls.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems ( Windows 10/11 ) and business applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN,



Wi-Fi, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs .
- Support CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, and surveillance infrastructure.
- Assist in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines as directed by senior team members.
- Maintain IT asset records, support documentation, and service logs.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and support activities when required.

Required Skills Expertise

- Windows OS: Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Hardware: Hardware and peripheral device troubleshooting.
- Networking: Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Surveillance: CCTV system and NVR/DVR device support.
- Software: Software installation, configuration, and remote troubleshooting tools.
