Job Title: SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support and enhance SAP Finance and Controlling processes with a strong focus on Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and integration with business systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration, service integration, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP Controlling (CO) processes including:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Lead and support SAP CO-related implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Hands-on experience in supporting and configuring Revenue Recognition (RE) and Results Analysis (RA) processes, including integration with Controlling and project-related financial processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support CO-PA reporting and profitability analysis processes.
- Design and manage integrations between SAP CO and other SAP/non-SAP applications, including service-based integrations.
- Collaborate with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration.
- Execute system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer, user training, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong expertise in SAP CO.
- Deep understanding of:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profit Center Accounting




- CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)

- Experience with SAP service integrations and interfacing with external systems.
- Robust knowledge of integration points between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
- Hands-on experience with support, implementation, and enhancement projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, IDocs, web services, or integration platforms.
- Experience in global/multi-country SAP environments.
- SAP certification in SAP FICO/CO is a plus.
