About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to lead and manage a high-performing B2C / Telesales team. The role requires strong sales leadership, team handling, target achievement, and performance management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a B2C / Telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Drive sales performance, revenue, and conversions.

- Monitor team productivity and key sales KPIs.

- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions.

- Implement sales strategies to improve conversion and revenue.

- Handle team escalations and ensure smooth sales operations.

- Maintain MIS reports and track team performance.

- Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.

- Motivate the team to consistently achieve business targets.





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational improvements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.

- Sales experience is mandatory.

- Proven team handling experience at TL / AM level.

- Strong experience in managing sales targets and team productivity.

- Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Experience in a target-driven sales environment.

- Candidates from BPO / Contact Center / Voice Sales backgrounds will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice will be prioritized.
