We are looking for experienced Sales Manager / Sales Executive professionals with mandatory Solar Industry / Solar EPC sales experience for our Mumbai (Powai) location.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing clients, managing the complete sales cycle and achieving sales targets for Solar EPC projects.

Experience: 3-8 Years

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Salary: 5-10 LPA, depending on experience and profile

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

Candidates with only general sales experience and no solar industry exposure will not be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
- Identify and acquire clients across commercial, industrial and residential segments.
- Generate leads through direct sales, references, networking, cold calling and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and understand solar energy requirements.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Commercial and Project teams.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS and regular sales reports.
- Follow up for payments and support collection activities.
- Travel for client meetings and business development as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 38 years of relevant Sales / Business Development experience.
- Mandatory Solar Industry / Solar EPC sales experience.
- Experience in Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar and/or Commercial & Industrial Solar preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Solar EPC products, solutions and commercial processes.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C solar sales, client acquisition and order closure.
- Robust negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
