Roles and Responsibilities:



The key responsibilities include driving Process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices and Agile AutomationDrive BE value proposition and secure BE involvement in most complex onshore delivery dealsClear thought process to lead, guide and develop team to provide services to cluster of clientsStrategic thinker leading the teamOwn and deliver the Geo Automation in concert with respective delivery teams.Maintain team flexibility and skills to be able to support recovery work as needed.Maintain team recoverabilityProvide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilitiesHelp in strategy consultancy to clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilitiesShould have a deep understanding various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, and PlatformsIn-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industryAssess companys financial status and analyse investment plansSource and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and fundingAdvise on selling and buying stocks and bonds; forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies; analyse market trends and identify risks and opportunitiesMonitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the lawProvide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement8+years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality 8+ years of overall experience in consulting 3-4 years of BPS exposure or experience in any of the domain (FA, THR, procurement, financial services, etc)
