- Manage merchant onboarding process from signup to activation, ensuring seamless integration with payment gateways.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations within the fintech ecosystem.
- Oversee API integration projects to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in FinTech or related industry as a Manager or Senior Manager.
- Solid understanding of Business Development, Stakeholder Management, Merchant Onboarding, Payment Gateways, and API Integration concepts.
- Proven track record of driving revenue generation through effective relationship building and strategy execution.
