We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience and domain knowledge in Life Health Insurance. The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to support requirement gathering, process improvements, and successful delivery of insurance solutions across policy administration, underwriting, and claims.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders within Life Health Insurance
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams
- Assist in gap analysis and impact assessment for system enhancements and regulatory changes
- Support definition of business rules, underwriting guidelines, workflows, and data mapping
- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and IT teams to ensure explicit understanding of requirements
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support SIT and UAT cycles, including test case preparation, execution support, and defect tracking
