Job Summary

This role oversees and organizes all production operations activities across multiple production areas.

We are hiring for a Production Engineer based in Navi Mumbai.

Key Missions

- Leads team members in Production environment (including warehouse, vault, production quality control, dispatch, inventory) to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, etc.
- Assists with the implementation of lean methodology and health, safety, and environment practices
- Communicates with team members on all issues
- Provides performance evaluation inputs to the supervisor
- Prepares work schedules and assigns workers production line tasks and machine planning as per dispatch planned




- Trains and supervises current team members to ensure process adherence via training materials like SOP, WI, or on-the-job training to implement customer requirements
- Coordinates with other departments regarding other activities to ensure production flow
- Supervises para-professional employees
- Sets day-to-day operational objectives for team
- Faces problems that may be difficult but typically not complex
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
