A SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker is hiring for its ECM syndication desk.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and target institutional investors, domestic and international, alongside the sales and investment banking teams
- Maintain databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback
- Participate in investor pick meetings and select investors with the sales team
- Drive syndication, coverage and placement across IPO, QIP, Buy Back, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer, FCCB and GDR / ADR transactions
- Manage investor communication through the transaction lifecycle and support pricing and allocation decisions

We are looking for an accomplished investment banking qualified with a proven track record in syndication of ECM mandates, strong relationships across large corporates and financial services markets, and excellent investor management credentials.
