Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop business through dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and retailers.
- Generate new leads and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow up on enquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports and territory updates.

Requirements:

- Fresher or 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in plywood/building materials.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler (Bike) and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
