We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer Sales professional to drive B2B sales of our rental real estate data and analytics solutions to real estate developers and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of PropEquity’s rental real estate data and analytics products to developers.
- Develop recent business and manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, CXOs, promoters, and senior decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and provide relevant data/analytics solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales to real estate developers.
- Strong network and relationships within the developer community.
- Experience in B2B sales of real estate data, analytics, SaaS, research, or related solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to close high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
