Hiring a senior technology leader to own its IT infrastructure, Loan Management System, IT governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, business continuity and technology transformation.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, databases, cloud environments, end-user computing and enterprise applications; ensure high availability, reliability, scalability and performance
- Own and manage the Loan Management System (LMS) from a technology and infrastructure perspective - stability, availability, performance, security and scalability
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, SOPs and controls; ensure adherence to applicable RBI and other regulatory requirements on IT governance and cybersecurity
- Drive the cybersecurity and information security framework - network and endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability and patch management, incident response




- Develop and maintain BCP and Disaster Recovery frameworks; run periodic DR drills and define recovery objectives for business-critical applications
- Lead infrastructure, LMS, cybersecurity, automation and digital transformation projects
- Manage technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, LMS vendors and managed service providers - evaluation, negotiation, SLAs and performance
- Establish IT service management processes; lead and develop the IT infrastructure team

Must have:

- Prior tenure as Head IT / Head IT Infrastructure / Technology Leader.
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- MBA / PG in IT or Technology Management preferred.
- Relevant certifications an advantage.
