Job Title: HVAC Technician

Department: Operations / Maintenance

Location: Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Service Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while following all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans.
- Inspect HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and electrical controls.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Test HVAC systems after installation or repair to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
- Follow company safety policies and industry regulations.




- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned work efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 03 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (experience requirement can be adjusted).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use testing and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ducting.
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or on-call shifts if required.
