A full-service stock broking house is hiring a Head of Distribution to lead and scale its nationwide third-party wealth product distribution network. Reports to the Whole-time Director / Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the roadmap to grow AUM and distribution revenue across wealth and third-party products; set, monitor and achieve targets
- Acquire, onboard and activate current Authorised Persons, MFDs, IFAs and sub-brokers across key regional hubs; strengthen existing partners through product training and engagement programmes
- Own end-to-end distribution strategy across mutual funds and NFOs, fixed income and debt (corporate NCDs, government bonds, structured yield), primary markets (IPOs) and global investing (US equities)




- Drive distributor and client migration onto the firm's web, desk and mobile platforms
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, exchange and AMFI frameworks across distribution and advisory

Mandatory certifications:

- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) AND NISM Series X-A / X-B (Investment Adviser), or relevant capital market certifications.
- Base is the Mumbai corporate office, with a Kolkata hub.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- CA, CFA or MBA preferred, not required.
- NISM V-A and X-A / X-B mandatory.
