A SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker is hiring for its Corporate Access desk within Institutional Equities.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with listed corporates and institutional investors, acting as the link between corporates, research and sales
- Maintain and deepen existing corporate relationships while onboarding new corporates across sectors
- Facilitate direct institutional-investor access to listed corporates via non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows and domestic and international conferences
- Plan, schedule and end-to-end manage investor access events and expert interactions
- Work with Research and Institutional Sales to design and execute conferences and investor events
- Support analyst roadshows, expert calls and management meetings

We are looking for a robust existing network with listed corporates and buy-side institutions, high ownership under tight timelines, CXO-level comfort and detail-oriented execution on high-profile events.

Tools: CRM systems, MS Office, Bloomberg / Reuters.
