Job Responsibilities:

1. To handle end to end recruitment cycle for the assigned openings from sourcing to closing.

2. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job portals, and social media platforms.

3. Ensure proper onboarding for current hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

4. Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

5. Coordinate with HOD's to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company

6. To support HR Manager in other HR gamut i.e. Employee Engagement, PMS, OD etc.

Expected from candidate:

1. Minimum 6 years of strong recruitment experience in headhunting roles.

2. Minimum 6 months of expereince in mapping.

3. Must have robust sourcing skills and experience of various job portals and techniques

4. Industry preference: FMCG/Non IT Startup

5. Preference to candidate worked with a start-up or family office

6. High on accountability and adaptability to the promoter driven work culture.Role & responsibilities
