Key Responsibilities

- Design and drive enterprise-wide L&D; strategy aligned with business growth.
- Build leadership capabilities across all levels, from first-time managers to senior leaders.
- Identify capability gaps and develop future-ready workforce plans.
- Develop scalable learning ecosystems through LMS, digital and blended learning.
- Lead behavioral, functional and leadership development initiatives.
- Build internal faculty and manage external learning partnerships.
- Drive ROI-focused learning interventions linked to business performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters degree in HR or a related field
- 20 years of experience in Learning & Development / Capability Building
- Robust expertise in Leadership Development and Capability Frameworks
- Experience in Learning Analytics and LMS / Digital Learning Transformation
- Excellent business acumen with proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence CXOs and senior business leaders and drive learning linked to business outcomes.
