- Global Financial Controllership: Oversee Accounts, Financial Controls, Audit, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Forex Hedging for the Indian parent entity and US subsidiaries.
- Public Listed Compliance: Driving end-to-end SEBI compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal financial controls for a publicly listed entity.
- M&A; & Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CFO and executive business leaders on M&A; due diligence (SHAs/SPAs), financial integration, and special projects.
- Multi-GAAP Expertise: Solid command over Ind AS, IFRS,
and US GAAP for comprehensive group financial reporting and management packs.
- ERP & Process Transformation: Hands-on expertise with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to automate workflows and modernize controllership functions.
