We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Management team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade products. This role offers strong exposure to product strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for professionals eager to grow in product management.
F Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and customer requirements in the form of User Stories, BRDs/FRDs
- Support product roadmap planning and assist in feature prioritization
- Perform functional testing and validation of product features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions
- Participate in customer discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Implementation teams
- Create, review, and maintain product documentation including user guides, release notes, and product collateral
- Support product configuration and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product outcomes
*C Required Skills s Competencies
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Arcon PAM (Privileged Access Management)
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and functional documentation practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to conduct market research and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software products is an added advantage

* Qualifications
