Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Maintenance of the enterprise-wide risk register, ensuring timely identification, assessment and mitigation of business, operational, regulatory and financial risks.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Drive compliance initiatives by managing FEMA-related issues, resolving legacy regulatory cases and ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines and applicable legal frameworks.

3. Risk Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present risk reports, MIS and dashboards to the senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and robust governance practices.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, finance,



legal and compliance to ensure effective risk ownership, governance alignment and resolution of critical issues.

5. Policy & Process Development: Design, review, and implement policies, frameworks, and procedures that strengthen risk management and governance systems across the organization.

6. Audit & Strategic Support: Contribute to audits, regulatory reviews, and product development initiatives by providing risk-based insights, accurate documentation, and recommendations to improve governance tools and processes.
