- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, BIM, GIS, or Digital Construction recruitment.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and technical recruitment is highly desirable.
Required Skills
- Robust understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
