We are urgently looking for Centre Head – Operations for our Mumbai Region.

Locations:
Mumbai – Western Line | Thane Down | Navi Mumbai Panvel | Central Line

Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in Healthcare / Retail / Telecom preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare/Retail Operations.
- Solid leadership and experience in managing multi-functional teams.
- Strong focus on customer/patient experience and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospital/branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations.
- Drive revenue, branch performance, quality and customer/patient satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor counsellor, floor manager and patient care teams.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Monitor billing,



pending ALs and other operational reports.
- Provide on-the-job training to Counsellors and Patient Care Associates.
- Conduct random counselling and patient calls to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with doctors and surgeons regarding targets, high-value cases and procedures.
- Handle and resolve patient complaints.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports and tour plans.
- Develop and implement SOPs for operational and service excellence.
