Job Title: Fund Accountant Secondaries

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Accountant with hands-on experience in fund accounting, preferably within Private Equity / Alternative Investments / Secondaries. The role will support accounting and financial operations for secondaries investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage cash requirements across secondaries investment vehicles.
- Track and reconcile daily cash flows for investment partnerships.
- Facilitate wire payments to vendors, investments, and third parties.
- Reconcile fund investments across Limited Partnership (LP) interests.
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations.
- Maintain fund General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance (TB).
- Support LP/investor reporting, analysis, and investor queries.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit deliverables.
- Perform regular account and investment reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of fund accounting activities.

Candidate Profile





- 2–6 years of hands-on Fund Accounting experience.
- Experience in Private Equity / Secondaries / Alternative Investments preferred.
- Strong understanding of:

- LP / Investor Reporting

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
