Majhya Kolhapursathi is a growing restaurant in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This is our first outlet, and we are doing strong sales with a team of around 15 employees.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and energetic Restaurant Manager who can take complete ownership of the restaurants day-to-day operations and help us grow the business further.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the restaurant and ensure everything runs smoothly — from staff and stock to customers, sales, cleanliness and daily operations.

This is a hands-on management role. We want someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively and does not need to be micromanaged.

Key Responsibilities

* Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

* Manage, train, motivate and supervise a team of around 15 employees

* Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service and other staff

* Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchases, wastage and daily consumption

* Maintain proper stock control and minimize wastage and losses

* Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and cleanliness

* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

* Ensure an excellent customer experience

* Monitor daily sales, expenses and overall restaurant performance





* Identify and implement ways to increase sales and improve profitability

* Maintain staff discipline, attendance and performance

* Coordinate with suppliers and manage daily operational requirements

* Ensure all restaurant processes and SOPs are followed

* Oversee opening and closing procedures

* Identify operational problems and solve them quickly and efficiently

* Work closely with the owners and provide regular updates on sales, staff, stock and restaurant performance

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager or similar role

* Strong leadership and people-management skills

* Good knowledge of restaurant operations

* Strong understanding of inventory and stock management

* Excellent customer-handling and communication skills

* Ability to manage and motivate a team

* Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on increasing revenue

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Honest, responsible, organized and hardworking

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment

* Someone who takes complete ownership of their responsibilities
