Responsibilities

- Work closely with marketing colleagues to deploy digital marketing campaigns, primarily through email marketing channels, to support campaign goals and business objectives.
- Build, proofread, quality-check, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Ensure all campaign assets meet quality standards, best practices, and agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with campaign owners to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and segment target audiences to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant lecturers and academic contacts.
- Support the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)



and contribute to the demand generation pipeline.
- Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and provide execution support across multiple concurrent projects.
