CTC/In-Hand Salary: 25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Executive Inside Sales to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing B2C customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective telephonic communication while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2C customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for business growth.
- Share daily sales reports and performance metrics with the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred.
