About the role: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets across multiple branches within the assigned region. The role involves managing and mentoring Branch Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers while strengthening DSA and referral partner networks. The candidate will also ensure quality sourcing, effective loan conversions, timely processing, and coordination with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving business growth across multiple branches within the assigned region
- Handle a team of Branch Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers etc
- Guide branches on sales planning, lead generation, and conversions
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and mentoring sessions
- Expand the network of DSAs and referral partners etc across the region
- Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical,
and Operations
- Ensure high-quality sourcing by enforcing strict adherence to credit norms
- Track and analyse competitor policies, pricing and market trends
- Maintain strong relations with key customers and channel partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in LAP / Home Loan and region leadership role in NBFC, bank Etc
- Strong knowledge of LAP products
- Positive understanding of credit assessment, property valuation, income analysis etc
